Allen Iverson Agrees To a Deal With a Turkish Team

Allen Iverson has agreed to a two-year, $4 million deal with the Turkish team, Besiktas. He is expected to officially sign this weekend and will begin playing on Nov. 8.

Iverson and Besiktas are holding a press conference on Friday to discuss the deal and Iverson will talk to the media.
It is sad to think that a guy who scored 24,368 points in his career and was on the All-Star team 11 times, couldn’t find a good deal with an NBA team and had to sign in Turkey.
Even sadder when you think that he never won a NBA championship.
I wish him good luck in Turkey.
